RETURN & REFUND POLICY The Bold Vogue — Premium Leather Goods
OUR COMMITMENT Every piece from The Bold Vogue is crafted to the highest standard. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to make it right.
RETURNS Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Accompanied by all original tags, dust bags, packaging, and proof of purchase
- Free from signs of wear, alteration, odor, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and sent back at the customer's expense.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom or monogrammed orders
- Final Sale or promotional clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items altered, repaired, or modified after purchase
EXCHANGES Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on the same eligibility terms. To request an exchange, contact our team with your order number and preferred replacement. If the new item is of greater value, the difference is charged; if lesser, store credit is issued. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of approval within 7 business days. Approved refunds are:
- Issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 10 business days of approval
- Exclusive of original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS Report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
Confirmed defects are covered in full — including return shipping and a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
RETURN SHIPPING Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. We strongly recommend using a trackable service with insurance for high-value items. The Bold Vogue is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS International customers follow the same return policy. Please note:
- All return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer's responsibility
- Mark packages clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges
- Processing times may be extended due to customs clearance
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- Await your return authorization confirmation
- Package items securely with all original materials
- Ship to the address provided and retain your tracking number
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
CANCELLATIONS Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies upon delivery.
